Webshop software - Lightspeed
Our webshop is developed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information relating to your use of the software, no personal data are collected and/or stored.
Web hosting - Hostnet B.V.
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Hostnet B.V.. Hostnet B.V. processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Hostnet B.V. has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Hostnet B.V. is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists - Enormail
Our website uses Enormail, a third-party provider that handles email traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Enormail's servers. Enormail will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this, you will no longer receive email from our website. This may seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Enormail. Email traffic - Gmail
We use the services of Gmail for our regular business email traffic. Payment processors - Mollie Payments
We use Mollie's platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web shop. Reviews - WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur's platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to comment on your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics - GLS
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of GLS to carry out deliveries. Invoicing and bookkeeping - Exact
For keeping our administration and bookkeeping, we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address and place of residence data and details relating to your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data will be transmitted and stored securely. Exact is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Exact does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
External sales channels - Bol.com
We sell (part of) our items through Bol.com's platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.
Purpose of data processing - General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you - other than at your request - at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
